Scope Of Work
D’arta/Yorkshire Greens inquired about a system that was able to weigh and scan octabins of peas using a conveying system. This information is then sent to WMS data base.
Once the data of the Octobin is collected, it is then conveyed into the cold-store where it is frozen at -30 degrees.
Electrical & Software Design
The mechanical layout or PID was provided where our design department then used AutoCAD to establish the electrical design.
Electrical Installation
There was a full electrical installation. It was challenging at times due to working in at temperatures below -30 degrees.
Commissioning
The commissioning took place over three days.
